Kevin VanDam and Michael Waddell of “The Bone Collector” fame recently endorsed the new Kodak Pulse digital photo frame. The hook is that you can send photos from your device to your friend’s frame.
So what’s the problem? Quoting Kodak: “Now everyone can send pictures right to your frame, giving you continuous surprises.”
Don’t know about you, but my buddies could not be trusted on that score. I’d have to keep the photo frame in a drawer or my gun safe just to be sure nothing, uh, “untoward” would pop up there….
What is interesting is that Kodak seems to be embracing the fish/hunt market via its kodakoutdoors.com website. A rarity, always good to see. Props to ’em.

I won’t be jumping on this bandwagon. Don’t have a smartphone and have no plans to get one.
This is an idea, asking for trouble.
